BUDAPEST, 15 DECEMBER 1955 The Government of the Hungarian People's Republic, having been informed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations that the United Nations General Assembly has approved the application for admission to membership submitted by the Hungarian People's Republic, has the honour to send the Secretary-General the present instrument of accession. The Government of the Hungarian People's Republic declares by the present instrument that it accepts the obligations contained in the United Nations Charter. DONE at Budapest, 15 December 1955.
