Le Y6men ayant pr~sent6 une demande d'admission en qualit' de Membre des Nations Unies, et le Secr~taire
gdnral des Nations Unies ayant inform le Gouvernement du Y~men que
l'Assemble gdndrale des Nations Unies
avait approuv6 cette demande;
Yemen, having applied for Membership of the United Nations, and the
Secretary-General of the United Nations, having advised the Government
of Yemen that the General Assembly
of the United Nations had approved
this application;
Par le prsert instrument d'adhsion,
conformdment h Particle 116 du r~glement provisoire de l'Assemblde gdn6rale, et apr~s avoir dt munis des pleins
pouvoirs ndcessairs t cet effet, nous
ddclarons que le Yemen accepte les obligations de ]a Charte et promet qu'elles
seront inviolablement rspectdes.
We declare by this present instrument
of adherence, in accordance with article
116 of the Provisional Rules of Procedure for the General Assembly, and
being in possession of the necessary full
powers to this end, that Yemen accepts the obligations of the Charter and
undertakes their inviolable fulfilment.
