DECLARATION
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia I, Lambertus
Nicodemus Palar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the
Republic of Indonesia, being duly authorized by the Minister of Foreign
Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, declare that the Republic of Indonesia
accepts the obligations of the Charter of the United Nations and undertakes
to honour them from the day when it becomes a Member of the United
Nations.
