On behalf of the State of Portugal I, Paulo Arsdnio Virissimo Cunha, Minister
for Foreign Affairs, declare that the State of Portugal hereby assumes and undertakes faithfully to discharge as from the date of its admission all the obligations
which the Charter of the United Nations imposes upon Member-States.
