PARIS, 9 OCTOBER 1948 In the name of the People's Republic of Bulgaria, I, the undersigned, Vassil Kolarov, Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs, duly authorized under the full powers given for the purpose by the Presidium of the Grand National Assembly, declare that the People's Republic of Bulgaria hereby accepts without reserve the obligations arising from the United Nations Charter and promises to observe them as inviolable from the date of its accession to the United Nations.
