3052. ROMANIA : DECLARATION 1 OF ACCEPTANCE
OF THE OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THE CHARTER
OF THE UNITED NATIONS. 14 DECEMBER 1955
DECLARATION
In confirmation of the declarations of the Romanian Government
-of 12 October and 9 November 1948,
On behalf of the Romanian People's Republic, I the undersigned,
Grigore Preoteasa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Romanian People's
Republic, being duly authorized by the full powers given to me for this
purpose by the Presidium of the Great National Assembly of the Romanian
People's Republic, hereby declare that the Romanian People's Republic
unreservedly accepts the obligations of the Charter of the United Nations
and undertakes to honour them from the day when it becomes a Member
of the United Nations.
