VIENTIANE, 30 JUNE 1952 FORMAL DECLARATION BY THE ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF LAOS I the undersigned, President of the Council, being duly authorized thereto by the Royal Government of Laos, hereby declare on behalf of the Kingdom of Laos that that State unreservedly subscribes to the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations and undertakes to accept and fulfil all the obligations deriving therefrom with effect from the date on which Laos becomes a Member of theUnited Nations.
