RABAT, 17 JULY 1956 On behalf of the Government of His Majesty the Sultan of Morocco, in my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs, and having submitted the application of Morocco for admission to membership in the United Nations, I declare that I accept the obligations deriving from the constitutional instrument in force and undertake to fulfil them from the date on which Morocco is admitted to membership in the United Nations.
