VIENNA, 6 AUGUST 1952 DECLARATION On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Austria, I have the honour to declare that Austria hereby unreservedly accepts the obligations of the Charter of the United Nations and solemnly undertakes to comply faithfully with all the provisions of the Charter from the day on which it becomes a Member of the Organization.
